Chesapeake Sea Monster's tail section dry-fit
I am posting this photo to give my readers a sense of the scale of this beastie. It seems longer than it should be but I double checked the overall dimensions. Maybe that's because the nose is about twice as long as it should be and the end of the tail will have to be trimmed to to meld with the angle of the rear stabilizer. The wood is two slabs of 1/4" balsa. You can also see the start of the cockpit.
