North Korean rocket launch tested superstition and Milt's Law

Just about every news outlet is reporting that North Korea's Unha-3 rocket was launched and that it failed.  I thought that I heard it was just after the 1st stage burn.  But, no matter.
1. The launch was on Friday the 13th.
2. Milt's Law:
Rockets are just another name for trouble. Either you just had trouble, you are having trouble, or you are going to have trouble. (Milt Rosen, Viking Program Director, White Sands Missile Test Range)
WAIT! The first day of Reg Glare XII is on Friday the 13th!
